The University of Kentucky's Center for Health Services Research (CHSR) has introduced CARE KY in collaboration with the Kentucky Consortium for Accountable Health Communities project. This initiative serves as a channel connecting residents from all 120 counties in the state of Kentucky to essential community resources. In addition to its companion website www.care-ky.org, this application is thoughtfully designed to be accessible without an internet connection.

Users of CARE KY can easily explore a variety of free or reduced-cost programs that cater to fundamental needs such as food, housing, transportation, utilities, family and community support, as well as personal safety.

It's worth noting that the scope of this aid has extended to encompass all counties within Kentucky.

This mobile application has been meticulously developed and is actively maintained by the University of Kentucky Center for Health Services Research (UK CHSR).
